The location was convenient for exploring the city.

The check-in process was quite disorganized and unhelpful. I had difficulty accessing our room because the user instructions provided were not clear. The coffee machine in the shared area was in dire need of maintenance, resulting in poor quality coffee .

the hotel is safe and fairly clean with fast staff. magnificent location near all public transport as well as train station, it's very central. besides, the venue is located 3 km away from walton hall and gardens.

the hotel was good standard and excellent, i appreciated its welcoming staff. this accommodation had a very central setting close to metro. moreover, it's right by main sights and the termini station and bus stop. the food was amazing, had lots of options. the daily service was perfect. fast check-in was a bonus.

The bathroom wasn't clean and carried a weird smell. I struggled with a broken window that wouldn't close, ruining the privacy. The breakfast vouchers disappeared on the last day, leaving me without a meal, and the room lacked necessary maintenance like fresh towels .
